For over the past 4 years Superior Street Powersports has served as your local powersports location within the community. Family & Friend owned and operated in powersports and golf cart sales and services. 

 

We have been grateful to serve our community. We extended our community outreach with several South Florida locations in Delray Beach and Miami.  Since day one up until now we have shown to be the one stop shop for all powersports and golf cart needs with new and used units, leases, service, parts and events.

Private Policy & Returns

Private Policy & Returns

I hereby authorize the repair work hereinafter set forth to be done along with the necessary material and agree that you are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in/on vehicle in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond your control or for any delays caused by unavailability of parts or delays in parts shipments by supplier or transporter. I hereby grant you and/or your employees permission to operate the vehicle herein described on the streets or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection. An express mechanic's lien is hereby acknowledged on above vehicle to secure the amount of the repair thereto.


A storage fee shall be due and payable to Superior Street Golf Carts greater than [2] days after the agreed service has been completed The fee shall be $35.00 US per day per month. Superior Street Golf Carts and or its holding company Atlantic Hills LLC along with any associated dba’s shall NOT be liable for any loss or damage to the Golf Cart(s), Parts, Accessories resulting from Superior Street Golf Carts negligence or omissions; provided, however, that if the billed Customer has not taken delivery of the unit more than [2] days after Product release, then Superior Street Golf Carts shall not be liable for any loss or damage occurring to the Product for any reason, including Superior Street Golf Carts negligence, willful omissions or intentional acts of misconduct and irrespective of the payment of the storage fee. Superior Street Golf Carts will use its commercially reasonable efforts to take delivery of all Products from our Facilities no later than [3] days after the applicable delivery date for the Product.

*Customer agrees to pay the amount set forth above in accordance with the agreement between customer and customer’s credit card issuer. This authorization does not grant customer the right to defer payment and full payment is due at this time Customer expressly acknowledges that the foregoing transaction is not an extension of credit by dealer to customer or purchaser and that dealer is not a creditor as the term is defined in 15 U.S.C. § 1602. Customer expressly waives any rights customer may have under any federal or state statute or regulation governing or regulating consumer credit transactions, including any rights under 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. further, customer waives, regarding any credit card transaction customer may have with dealer, any rights granted to customer under the terms of any credit card agreement customer have with any issuing institution including Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Customer expressly agrees to be bound by these terms and the other terms and conditions of sale with dealer. In the event customer’s credit card is declined or the above charges are otherwise unpaid by customer’s credit card, customer acknowledges that customer and purchaser shall remain personally responsible for payment of the total amount set forth above, which shall be paid by customer and purchaser immediately. Customer and purchaser shall be responsible for payment of all interest, costs, and attorneys’ fees, including appellate attorneys’ fees incurred by any and all related business to collect any balance from customer and purchaser which remains unpaid three (3) days or longer after the above date. Customer expressly acknowledges all returns are subject to a restocking charge equal to 30% of the returned item. This quote is only valid for 7 days.


**By accepting these terms, you authorize Superior Street Golf Carts and or its holding company Atlantic Hills LLC along with any associated dba’s to charge the credit card indicated in addition to a 4% processing fee to the above amount to be charged automatically for future orders placed by you.

Cart- 2 year
Frame- 2 year
Lift Kits- 4 months
Brute Force Batteries- 2 years (within maintenance guidelines)
US batteries- 3 years (within maintenance guidelines)
Rhino Lined Frame- 15 years
Gas Battery- 6 months
Parts & Labor- 90 days normal wear and tear
Lithium Batteries- 8Year Manufacturer Warranty + 1 year (Superior Street Golf Cart Warranty If Signed Up For 6th Year Preventative Maintenance Service)
Motor- 1 Year (+1 Year Superior Street Golf Cart Warranty If Signed Up For 1 Year Preventative Maintenance Service)

Carts need to be paid in full before DMV appointment. Within two business days, customer must have updated insurance. Two days following tag being issued, customer must receive cart or pay $34.99 per day for storage fee.

 

Carts in for service must approve work order within two days of receiving diagnostic. After work order is approved, customer must provide a 50% deposit before work can be started. Once work order is completed, customer must pay remaining balance and accept
delivery or pick up within two business days.


DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

In order to secure your golf cart purchase, 50% of your total Work-order/Estimate/Quote is due within 3 days after your final approval. The total/remaining balance is due prior to your DMV appointment or 7 days period to delivery. If you have a credit card on file it will be charged automatically unless other payment arrangements are made. Please review your Workorder/Estimate/Quote and make sure all the information including are correct. Any refunds will be transferred to store credit. Any returns will subject to a 30% restocking fee.
